About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Team Member (18+ years), you will be at the heart of our guest experience, providing outstanding service across our bars, restaurants, and food outlets. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional bar (including cocktail making) and table service, ensuring every guest feels valued and well looked after.
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of service and presentation.
- Confidently upsell food and beverage options in a commercial environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation across bars, restaurants, and all front‑of‑house areas.
- Comply fully with licensing laws, food safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
- Accurately handle cash, card transactions, and follow all security and till procedures.
- Respond to guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary in line with company policy.

Education, Experience and Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality (preferred)
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Food safety training would be advantageous (full training provided where required).
- A professional and well-presented appearance
