Wednesdays – 08:30am-05:45pm
Fridays- 08:30am-05:15pm
Saturdays – 08:45am-1:15pm

The Role
We are seeking a confident and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and providing a warm, professional welcome
- Managing appointments, cancellations, and recalls
- Handling patient enquiries both in person and over the phone
- Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
- Processing payments and managing financial transactions
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks
- Ensuring the reception area is organised and presentable at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist (essential)
- Familiarity with dental software systems (e.g. SOE, Dentally)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Professional, calm, and friendly demeanour
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
