Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Support catering and banquet events by setting up, serving, and clearing tables in accordance with health and safety standards
