What You’ll Be Doing:

• Health & Safety Captain:As GM,you’ll be the one leading the charge when it comes to keeping everything safe and sound. From ensuring the kitchen’s spotless to making sure every team member follows food safety standards like a pro,you’ll make sure we’re always on point. No shortcuts allowed – you’ll ensure we’re delivering top-quality,safe food every time while keeping the place running smoothly and the team firing on all cylinders.
• Leading the Team: You’ll be the captain of our crew,recruiting,onboarding,training,and inspiring a team that’s as passionate about burgers as we are! You’ll show them the ropes and make sure everyone’s having a blast while hitting those goals.
• Food & Service Excellence: You’ll be the one ensuring that every burger leaves the kitchen with perfection and that every customer leaves with a smile on their face. You’ll have your finger on the pulse of everything—from quality control to ensuring service is as smooth as our secret sauce.
• Operational Management: You’re the go-to problem solver. When things break (and trust us,things break),you’ll find the solution. You’ll manage food wait times,customer expectations,and anything that pops up to ensure the place runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Staying on top of stock levels and supply deliveries will be your thing. You’ll know exactly what’s in the walk-in and have the contacts to make sure everything shows up on time.
• Team Performance: You’ll be the one making sure everyone is at the top of their game. From tricky feedback to celebrating the rockstars,you’ll inspire the team to push their limits and reach new heights.
• Get Stuff Done Attitude: It’s busy. It’s fast. And sometimes,things get a little intense. But if you thrive under pressure,never lose sight of the details,and keep standards high,we want you leading the charge!
