Responsibilities:
– Daily golf course set up such as cutting cups, setting up tee markers, and filling divots on tee boxes
– Perform maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging
– Operating multiple different machines like mowers, aerators, tractors, and sod cutters
– Irrigate turf and maintain proper watering schedules
– Assist with the installation and maintenance of golf course features such as bunkers and tee boxes
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in golf course grounds keeping or a related field is required
– Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices
– Ability to operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
– Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather
