We are working with a leading plastic injection moulding manufacturer that is looking to appoint a Graduate Launch Engineer to join its New Product Introduction (NPI) team. - Support the delivery of new product introduction programs across multiple automotive projects
- Investigate and resolve technical, dimensional, and fitment issues using structured problem-solving techniques
- Assist with prototype and pre-production build activities, including quality checks and customer shipments
- Participating in project reviews and customer meetings, providing updates on programs progress and key milestones
- Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and action plans
Graduate Launch EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Degree, HNC, HND, or equivalent experience within an engineering-related discipline
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and solve technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
Project and Minitab experience would be advantageous - Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
