Role & Responsibilities
- Attend client briefings and contribute to search strategy.
- Conduct in‑depth market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Identify and engage senior, high‑impact talent.
- Produce market intelligence and strategic insight reports for clients and the internal team.
- Support candidate interviews and client meetings.
- Work on retained searches (fees £25K–£100K).
- Assist a consultant managing 8–10 live mandates, gaining early responsibility.
