Graduate Sales and Marketing Assistant
We are seeking a Graduate Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing activities while developing valuable commercial experience. The successful candidate will assist with customer engagement, promotional campaigns, market research, lead generation, and administrative tasks, contributing to both sales growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Engage with prospective and existing customers through various communication channels.
- Support lead generation activities and maintain accurate customer records.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records within company systems and databases.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Follow established processes, quality standards, and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Assist with additional sales, marketing, and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Previous internship, placement year, part-time work, or extracurricular experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement techniques.
