We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef with a minimum of 2 years experience as a head chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the culinary team, oversee food production, and ensure the highest quality of dishes in our establishment. Duties:
Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities Add to existing menu and develop new recipes ensuring varied and high quality dishes. Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and monitoring supplies Maintain a clean and organized cooking environment
-Responsible for Health & Safety and Food Hygiene practices.
-Responsible for ensuring EHO standards meet regulation, including food safety and allergens. Training new kitchen employees
Skills:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role Strong knowledge of hospitality, food safety, and culinary techniques Excellent leadership and team management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Proficient in supervising kitchen operations and staff Creative flair in menu planning and presentation Strong communication skills to collaborate with the team effectively Including:
