While our Performance Marketing function has successfully driven customer acquisition and growth, we are now looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to establish and lead our brand marketing function from the ground up
.

The R
oleWe are looking for an experienced, commercially minded, and creatively ambitious Head of Brand Marketing to build and lead Thrivin's Brand Marketing function. Reporting directly to the Founder, this role will be responsible for translating the founder's vision into a cohesive, scalable, and distinctive brand strategy that strengthens awareness, affinity, and long-term customer loyal
ty.
We already have an established CMO leading Performance Marketing, Paid Media, and customer acquisition. Instead, this role will focus on the long-term development of the Thrivin brand: defining who we are, what we stand for, how we show up in culture, and how we create emotional connection with our commun
ity.
The ideal candidate has experience building brands within high-growth DTC, ecommerce, fashion, activewear, beauty, or lifestyle businesses and understands how to create brands that become category leaders rather than simply successful adverti
sers.
