Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Managing reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Coordinating table allocations to maximise service flow
- Answering telephone enquiries and booking requests
- Assisting guests with menu information and general enquiries
- Maintaining a welcoming and organised reception area
- Working closely with restaurant management and service teams
- Ensuring guests receive a positive first and last impression of the venue

Essential Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in busy service periods
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in a host, receptionist, customer service, or hospitality role
- Experience using reservation systems
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
