We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Interior Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate has strong finishing skills, works well with others, and takes pride in producing clean, high‑quality interior work across a variety of projects.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Work effectively in a team environment with clear communication and a positive attitude
- Install and finish drywall including taping, mudding, sanding, all stages of texture and preparing surfaces for paint.
- Perform trim carpentry such as installing baseboards, crown molding, door casings, and window trim
- Install cabinetry, shelving, and custom woodwork
- Apply interior finishes such as painting, caulking, patching, ect
- Ability to Follow project specifications accurately
- Assist with flooring, tile, or remodeling tasks as required
- Perform safe material handling including lifting, carrying, and navigating active job sites
Qualifications
- Proven experience in interior finishing, trim carpentry, drywall, or general interior finishing.
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment
- Strong communication skills.
- Two Years Experience with interior finish work is required.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work safely in active construction environments
- Good problem‑solving skills and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Pay: $24.00 – $25.50 per hour
