Position Overview:We are looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate has some construction or remodeling experience but is also willing to learn new skills and grow within the company. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathroom and kitchen remodels
- Install flooring, trim, and finish carpentry
- Perform demolition and job site preparation
- Assist with drywall repairs and painting
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:
- Basic construction or remodeling experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and use common hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong attention to detail
