We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Account Executive to join our sales team. Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise account potential.
- Develop customised solutions and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account management.
- Support the onboarding of new customers in conjunction with the External Sales team.
- Provide accurate and quick responses to e-mails and quotation requests.
- Processing of customer orders and enquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management is preferred
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insight
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Organised mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously under tight deadlines
- A proactive approach towards problem-solving and continuous improvement

Pay: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
