What You’ll Do
We are a fast‑changing, growing business seeking a capable and hands‑on person to take ownership of our IT systems, software and infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step up from a 2nd line support role into a management position, or for an existing IT Manager looking for a new challenge in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organisation’s IT systems and infrastructure
- Oversee Microsoft 365 environment including user administration and security
- Administer and support Active Directory
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support across all systems
- Support and maintain company websites
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and performance
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet business technology needs
- Support reporting and data initiatives where required
- Occasional travel nationwide to support business operations

Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Active Directory management
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting or managing websites
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT functions
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Power BI, reporting tools, or SQL
- Knowledge of Android devices/MDM
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management capacity
