Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning of assigned areas, including, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Conduct floor care activities
- Manage waste disposal
- Provide porter services as needed
- Window washing, Power washing
- MUST BE ABLE TO DO LADDER WORK
- Must have a drivers license and vehicle
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting and moving items.
