About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive to support our growing marketing and business development team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building relationships, and helping drive business growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a key role in face-to-face sales and customer engagement by interacting directly with customers at events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns. They will build strong relationships, represent client brands professionally, and help drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers face-to-face at events, pop-up promotions, retail venues, and residential campaigns.
- Promote company products, services, and marketing campaigns professionally.
- Build rapport with potential customers and answer questions confidently.
- Generate sales leads and customer sign-ups.
- Represent client brands in a positive and professional manner.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Assist with setting up promotional stands and marketing displays.
- Attend daily sales and product training sessions.
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to management teams.
Requirements

Salary
£400 – £700 per week (OTE) + [Performance Bonuses & Incentives]
