We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager or Chef to lead our culinary team at No.92. Based in the UK, this role is vital in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly, maintains high standards, and delivers outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Ensure food safety standards and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
- Coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement menu items in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Train staff on food safety, preparation techniques, and customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
- Qualifications
