Kitchen prep full time year round with Benefits
The role includes a range of tasks from early morning preparation of menu items including chopping, slicing meat, making sandwiches & salads, cleaning dishes.
Required: at least 1 weekend day, start time of 5:30am if required.
Ability to work independently as part of a team. Self starter who is organized and tidy. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, handle stairs and work on your feet.
Availability: must be able to work 40 hours a week year round
Duties include but not limited to-
- Preparing recipes and ingredients for a range of café foods such as sandwiches, slicing meats, and salads
- Cook predetermined items in industrial oven
- Staying on top of Dish washing, cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment, mopping and trash removal
- Assist in receiving of orders and origination of supplies

- Must be comfortable using a meat slicer and chopping food
- Serve safe certification desired but not required.
