Gasper Landscape Design & Construction, an award-winning design/build firm located in Bucks County, PA. We are seeking a full-time or part-time Landscape Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with experience in the field and has experience using CAD software and survey equiptment. Responsibilities:
- Obtain site data using automated surveying equipment.
- Create accurate base plans including elevations.
- Create Sketch Up 3D models.
- Submit permits to townships.
- Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents.
Requirements:
- Experience with surveying equipment.
- Ability to read and understand site plans.
- Experience with CAD design software necessary.
- Familiar with the permitting process
- Strong communication, organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment.
Salary commensurate with skill set and experience.
