Knapp Valley Gardens is seeking an experienced Landscape Installation Foreman to lead crews and oversee high-quality landscape installation projects from start to finish.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run a job site, manage a crew, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise installation crews on residential and commercial projects
- Read and execute landscape plans with accuracy
- Install landscape plantings, mulch, retaining walls, patios, walkways, water features, drain tile, and more
- Operate trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
- Manage job site efficiency, safety, and quality control
- Communicate professionally with customers and management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on landscape installation experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
- Strong knowledge of plant material and landscape equipment
- Ability to problem-solve and keep projects on schedule
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour
