Role Overview:
As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and health of our clients’ landscapes. In this position, you will:
- Oversee and lead a team of maintenance crew members
- Ensure high-quality maintenance of gardens, lawns, and other outdoor spaces
- Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
- Train and mentor team members in best practices and techniques
- Collaborate with management to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations
Experience and Qualifications:
This position is designed for those with experience in landscape maintenance and a desire to lead. We are seeking:
- Proven experience in professional landscape maintenance leading a crew with a track record of reliability
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care (you know a majority of the plants in the region)
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Spanish fluency is advantageous
- A valid Oregon driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory for this position.
- You have lots of experience around small equipment.
- You know how to fertilize a lawn properly.
