Lone Tree Retirement Community is seeking a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Laundry Aide to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable environment for our residents while working in a supportive and rewarding atmosphere.
As a Full-Time Laundry Aide, you will play an important role in ensuring residents receive clean clothing, linens, and personal items in a timely and professional manner. Position Details

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing and facility linens.
- Sort laundry according to type, color, and washing requirements.
- Ensure resident clothing and personal items are properly identified and returned.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor laundry supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is low.
- Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with special laundry requests as needed.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent resident service.
Qualifications
- Previous laundry, housekeeping, or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move laundry items throughout the facility.
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
- Compassion and respect for seniors.
