Kids & Cribs Child Enrichment Center, a four star-rated school, located in Fort Thomas, KY, is seeking a full-time Lead Teacher for our one-year-old classroom. The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans to encourage learning through play. The Lead Teacher provides opportunities for guided play throughout various learning centers. The Lead Teacher oversees assistant teachers and resource (floater) teachers. The Lead Teacher must be professional, caring, patient, kind, nurturing, flexible, cheerful, and possess high energy.
Education
- Minimum requirement is a high school diploma. CCCA, CDA or degree in early childhood education desired or willing to obtain.
Experience
- Prior teaching experience is required. Prefer at least one year.
