We are growing and we’re seeking a dedicated Lead teacher to help with our Toddler Room in our new family owned early childhood center in the safe and nice city of Canton. We have a great friendly environment where everyone is like family. Teacher must have teaching experience as a lead . Pay based on experience.
Responsibilities
â—‹ Maintain a safe and clean environment.
â—‹ Follow all policies of the State of Michigan.
â—‹ Provide various experiences and activities for all children as outlined in the curriculum.
â—‹ Build children’s self esteem.
â—‹ Implement positive redirection as needed.
â—‹ Establish a diverse and inclusive classroom environment that fosters equality for all individuals, irrespective of gender, race, or those who require additional support.
Qualifications
â—‹ Qualified to be a lead.
Good with organizing the classroom and curriculum
Experience working with kids in a school or daycare is a must
Flexibility in hours during opening hours of the center
Good with customer service and communicating with families
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
