Licensed Practical Nurse Jobs in Copley, OH at Concordia at Sumner
Concordia at Sumner, a 5-star facility, is looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated LPN. This is a full-time night shift position from 7:00p-7:30a. Includes every other weekend and every other holiday.
As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high quality care for the long-term, skilled and assisted living residents, and facilitate leadership and mentorship with both the residents and the staff.
Eligible employees who waive the health insurance benefit receive an additional $1.50/hour.
LPN Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administering medication and completing timely documentation
- Completing accurate and timely resident assessments
- Coordinating resident care under the direction of a physician
- LPN supervise and motivate staff to provide high quality care
