LINE COOK – LA BIRRIA TACOS | PEARL KAI SHOPPING CENTER
La Birria Tacos is seeking hardworking, reliable, and positive-minded individuals to join our growing team at our Pearl Kai location. We are an award-winning company recognized as the 2023 ʻIlima Award Winner for Best Food Truck in Hawaii and the 2025 Hale ʻAina Award Winner for Best Mexican Food in Hawaii.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory management
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required
Preferred (Not Required):
- Ability and willingness to work at multiple La Birria locations when needed
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
