Logistics Operator II
Mesa, AZ (10628 E. Elliot Rd, Suite 124)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime & Saturdays as needed)
$18–$20/hour (based on experience) | Weekly Pay + Paid Training
Position Overview
Avanti is now looking for a Logistics Operator II to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our installation crews have everything they need to succeed each day.
This hands-on position involves preparing, organizing, and loading materials accurately and safely based on daily schedules. If you enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team—this is the opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and stage products based on daily schedules and order manifests
- Accurately load and unload trucks and trailers
- Safely handle and transport materials such as glass, screens, windows, and door panels
- Secure loads to ensure safe transportation
- Operate a forklift (or be trained and certified to do so)
- Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory, and occasional deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support team members and jump in where help is needed
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, pushing, pulling)
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn new skills, including forklift certification
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
