Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive washing, vacuuming, polishing, buffing, and cleaning to achieve high standards of vehicle presentation
- Use buffers and cleaning tools safely and effectively to enhance vehicle appearance
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the lot by regularly washing and inspecting vehicles for dirt, debris, or damage
- Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor touch-ups, or basic repairs as needed
- Safely lift and move vehicles or equipment, adhering to safe work practices at all times
- Support janitorial duties within the facility to ensure a clean and organized work environment
Skills
- Knowledge of safe work practices when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Previous experience in a detailing facility or car wash environment preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during vehicle movement or equipment handling
- Familiarity with automotive buffers, detailing techniques, and vehicle cleaning procedures
- Experience in custodial or janitorial roles demonstrating attention to cleanliness standards
