Are you a caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor looking for a rewarding role within a school setting? Do you have the ability to manage behaviour positively and ensure children remain safe during lunch periods? Are you enthusiastic about supporting children’s wellbeing and creating a positive lunchtime environment?
Responsibilities
Supervise pupils during lunch breaks, promote positive behaviour, ensure children’s safety, and support pupils both inside the dining hall and outdoors during playtime.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children within a school or childcare setting
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A caring and patient approach
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- A proactive and adaptable attitude
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
