OPTION 1

REGIONAL SR. VP SALES & MARKETING, ASSISTED LIVING/ MA MARKET
TO $175K BASE + BONUS/OVERIDES = $225K+

This role is ideal for the energized, highly motivated Regional Assisted Living Sales leader with multiple community experience and a proven history of mentoring, motivating, and maximizing sales teams.

  • Oversee Sales & Marketing operations within 10 luxury Assisted Living communities
  • Must have at least 3 years of multiple community Assisted Living Sales leadership experience
  • MA market
  • experience strongly preferred
  • Support and develop vibrant, proven Sales & Marketing teams
  • Drive occupancy growth, census stabilization, and lease-up performance
  • Weekly travel required — must be physically present in MA communities a minimum of 3–4 days weekly
  • Company may support weekly travel home for truly exceptional candidates
  • NOT 100% REMOTE

RELOCATION TO MA REQUIRED/ MA MARKET

SR. LIVING SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST
BASE TO $125K + WEEKLY/MONTHLY BONUSES = $220K+

This travel-based role is perfect for the road-warrior Senior Living Sales professional who thrives on building referral relationships, touring families, driving occupancy, and closing across multiple communities.

  • Support multiple luxury communities throughout the MA market
  • Heavy travel role — overnight travel required all within one state.
  • Every expense paid for while traveling
  • Base salary to $125K plus aggressive move-in and override bonuses
  • Ideal for someone energized by fast-paced environments and occupancy turnarounds
  • Assisted Living Sales experience of at least 1 year REQUIRED

SR. LIVING SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR – PRIVATE PAY, ULTRA LUXURY ASSISTED LIVING – PA/NJ MARKET
TOTAL PACKAGE, $190K | BONUS | FABULOUS BENEFITS

This premier Senior Living organization is seeking an exceptional Sales & Marketing Director to oversee one premier Assisted Living community within its luxury portfolio.

This particular community is an A+ property featuring just under 90 apartments with occupancy already exceeding 90%. Stable, polished, beautifully designed, and highly respected in the market, this community delivers an elite hospitality-focused resident experience. From the latest in technology with balance sensoring to cognitive stimulation, no expense is prepared to deliver to the residents the latest in beautiful living using the newest of innovations to even further pleasure the resident and their family.

Residents enjoy restaurant-style made-to-order dining from 7AM–7PM, an exceptionally active resident population, and a vibrant, engaging lifestyle focused on connection and wellness. The community offers a rare balance of male and female residents, creating a uniquely social, cohesive atmosphere where residents genuinely support and look out for one another like family.

Base salary to $105K + BONUS = $190K
