Duties
- Assist clients in selling luxury properties, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to closing.
- Conduct property viewings and organise open houses for high-end listings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalised advice tailored to their needs.
- Market properties effectively through various channels, including social media and property portals.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms.
- Keep abreast of market trends, property values, and local developments to provide accurate guidance.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and property details using organisational tools.
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and listings efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

- Valid driving licence is preferred for property viewings across different locations.
