Job Summary
We are an established family run swimming pool construction company who build around 70 pools a year as well as provide aftercare and maintain clients swimming pools. Our offices are based in West Byfleet, Surrey. This role is based around organising and scheduling in regular maintenance and aftercare with the clients and communicating between our high end clients and the engineers you will oversee.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between high end external clients and our engineers.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organise and schedule planned maintenance and call out services.
  • Write / respond to emails.
  • Read engineers reports and convert them to quotes/invoices.
  • Order materials and stock.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Chase clients outstanding invoices.

Skills required:

-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.

-Proven experience in admin and office.

-Knowledge of office management systems such as SharePoint, outlook etc.

-Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers/ computers etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
