What You’ll Do
- Operate grinding equipment safely and efficiently
- Process scrap material for reuse in production
- Repair damaged reels using MIG welding
- Assist with equipment repairs and preventative maintenance
- Operate a forklift to move reels and materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
- Forklift experience (2+ years preferred)
- MIG welding experience (1+ year preferred)
- Ability to use hand and power tools (grinders, saws, chainsaws, etc.)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Ability to follow procedures and work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with extrusion equipment is a plus
Monday through Friday, 7-3:30.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
