Manufacturing / Machine Operator 1st Shift Jobs in Fairborn, OH at ARC Staffing Solutions, LLC
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production process in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
This is a 1st shift position – 4 ten hour shifts Mon-Thursday 5am-3:30pm
Responsibilities
- Load/unload material from machines
- Lift up to 75 lbs through out the day
- Assemble various cardboard/corrugated products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity.
- Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing processes
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
