Location: Springfield, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM
Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour based on experience

What You’ll Do
- Learn to operate automated foam swab production equipment
- Monitor product quality during production
- Package and label finished products
- Perform basic quality checks and pull tests
- Complete simple production paperwork and logs
- Maintain lot control and product traceability
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow safety, quality, and clean room procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience is helpful but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and counting skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
