Cunningham are recruiting for Production Operatives to join our team.
We’re looking for hands-on, detail-focused individuals to produce high-quality Clever Protective Covers® for global industries. Founded in 1969, we have been manufacturing for over 50 years, serving sectors including agriculture, aquaculture, oil & gas, transport and aviation.
The Role – Production Operative
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully following order details as per work instructions
- Safe use of machinery and hand tools for cutting, connecting and bonding materials.
- Inspect products according to quality standards and established specifications
- Collaborate with a supportive team to meet production targets in a safe & efficient manner.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing high-quality work for global distribution.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain a clean, tidy and organised environment.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and develop skills with continuous on-the-job training.
Desirable
- GCSE Maths & English
- Previous experience in joinery, manufacturing, engineering or production roles.
- Experience of understanding and interpreting engineering drawings, assembly instructions or manufacturing processes.

Working hours:
FULL-TIME Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am – 5pm, includes 5 hours at 1.5 times the hourly rate. 3pm finish on the last Friday of every month.
No weekend or shift work.
Salary:
Starting salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
