Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our Head Office team. In this role, you will not be limited to a single brand; instead, you will look after the marketing and PR footprint for multiple companies across a variety of vibrant and exciting sectors, including Hospitality, Aviation, and Live Events.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a huge difference in a growing, fun team. You will help execute overarching marketing strategies, ensure our brands stand out, and directly contribute to the growth of a diverse portfolio. As you will be managing marketing activities for different companies, fully compensated travel between sites and events will be involved.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Campaign Management
- Work closely with the Directors to implement and execute the overarching annual marketing strategy across the group companies.
- Create, oversee, and coordinate day-to-day marketing campaigns tailored to each industry sector and brand, with their own brand voice.
- Track the effectiveness of active campaigns, analyse performance data, and report findings directly to the Directors.
- Supervise and coordinate external creative contributors, including photographers, social media freelancers, copywriters, and graphic designers.
- Monitor marketing budget spend to ensure all activities are delivering a strong return on investment.
PR & Corporate Communications
- Represent the companies by regularly networking and attending industry awards, trade shows, and events (travel fully paid).
- Network with industry media and build strong, positive relationships with the press.
- Draft, manage, and distribute targeted press releases as well as eblasts.
- Handle copywriting and content management across various platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and articles.
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Keep up to date with the latest digital and social media trends across our different industries.
- Maintain social media scheduling platforms, monitor feeds, and recommend the best digital channels for each distinct brand.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (both imagery and text), and proactively respond to community comments and enquiries.
- Set up and monitor Social Media Advertising and SEA within the marketing budget
- Develop structured monthly plans that work towards long-term annual goals.
General Operations
- Build strong relationships and maintain regular contact with key players and suppliers across the sectors.
- Update and maintain the internal CRM system, logging calls, emails, meetings, and project pipelines.
- Research and analyse market trends to ensure our companies stay ahead of the curve.
- Assist in managing day-to-day office administrative tasks and coordinate small project teams when necessary.
Hours of Work & Flexibility
- Hours of Work: Flexible, based on a baseline schedule of 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday (including a one-hour daily break).
- Place of Work: Daventry – Full Time
- Operational Flexibility: Due to the nature of a multi-company head office role and the fast-paced industries we operate in, a high degree of flexibility is required. The post holder will be expected to adjust their hours as necessary to support evening industry events, travel days, and critical project deadlines.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Strong all-round marketing and PR experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects or multi-company campaigns simultaneously.
- Solid B2B experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and report on campaign traffic.
- Experience or a strong passion for the Hospitality, Aviation, or Live Events sectors is a major advantage.
- Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SEO, SEA, Social media advertising or the willingness to learn
- Strong IT and digital platform skills.
