Marketing is at the heart of how we bring this mission to life, implementing new and engaging ways to tell BAFTA’s story to public and industry audiences, both in the UK and globally. Through our marketing activity we can grow the impact of BAFTA’s work by reaching and building meaningful connections with broad and diverse audiences to unlock exciting brand partnerships that provide vital support to enable BAFTA, a not for profit, to do more.
As Marketing Officer you will play a key role in delivering this impact, implementing insight-led, creative campaigns that connect audiences to BAFTA’s purpose across our Awards, programmes and platforms in the UK and globally. You will bring a confident, self-starting approach; able to take initiative, identify new opportunities and lead projects from planning through to execution and evaluation; collaborating with senior team members, external agencies and key stakeholders.

Who you are?
- An excellent communicator, verbally and written.
- Someone experienced working as part of a marketing team to deliver strategic marketing campaigns for brands.
- Experienced in digital marketing across different platforms – paid and organic.
- Someone proficient experience in marketing software and tools, including CRM, analytics platforms, and content management systems (WordPress, Mailchimp, GA4). Working knowledge of HTML is a plus.
- Someone with a proven ability to be proactive and manage workload independently and to ensure tasks are delivered on budget and to deadlines.
- A resilient and adaptable individual.
- A creative mind, with sharp attention to detail.
