Pay: $21.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Bonsai Building Services, LLC is seeking entry-level and experienced Commercial Mechanical Insulators to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Fit and install commercial insulation accurately, safely, and professionally
- Install metal jacketing over insulation using metalworking tools such as slip rollers, brakes, benders, and related equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite by clearing debris and clutter throughout the project
- Build and break down scaffolding on worksites
- Assist with project documentation, including work tickets, JSAs, work permits, production reports, and QA/QC reports
- Communicate professionally with foremen, coworkers, customers, and other trades
- Follow all company processes, safety policies, and jobsite procedures
- Participate in and complete all required safety and job training
- Drive large pickups with enclosed trailers when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Must have OSHA 30 or be willing to obtain it before starting jobsite work
- Must have reliable transportation to and from worksites
- Must have effective communication skills
- Must be able to work respectfully and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, customers, and other trades
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the workday
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Additional Helpful Qualifications:
The following qualifications are helpful but not required:
- Commercial insulation experience
- Scaffolding experience
- General construction experience
- Bilingual
- Safeland card
- MSHA card
