We are partnering with a rapidly growing, award-winning medical communications agency to hire various Medical Writers as they continue expanding their Publications team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative scientific environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop scientifically accurate, high-quality publication deliverables, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, congress presentations, and related scientific communications.
- Interpret and communicate complex clinical and scientific data for healthcare professional audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external experts to deliver projects on time and to the highest scientific standards.
- Ensure all content aligns with publication guidelines, client objectives, and editorial best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Senior and Lead Medical Writers will also provide scientific leadership, mentor junior writers, and contribute to strategic publication planning.
Qualifications
- 2–6+ years of medical writing experience within a medical communications agency.
- Demonstrated experience developing publications, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and congress materials.
- Advanced scientific degree required (PhD, PharmD, MD).
- Excellent scientific writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and publication development process.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
