Role
As a Senior Molecular Biologist, you'll play a key role in developing and optimising molecular biology workflows that underpin a commercial gene synthesis platform. Working within a collaborative start-up environment, you'll combine hands-on laboratory work with scientific problem-solving to help take innovative technology from development to commercial rea
lity.

Design, execute and optimise molecular biology workflows, sequencing protocols and automated laboratory pro - cesses.Lead experimental workstreams, analyse sequencing data using Python-based tools, and drive continuous improvement across the gene synthesis pl

ations.
Required Skills & Ex
- perienceStrong hands-on molecular biology experience with expertise in troubleshooting workflows and operating Nanopore and Sanger sequencing pl
