Marigold Montessori is a brand-new Montessori preschool in the heart of Edgware, created with a simple vision: to provide exceptional early years education in a beautiful, nurturing, child-centred environment.
We are seeking an outstanding Montessori professional to join our founding team and play a key role in shaping the future of the school.
This is more than a teaching position. It is an opportunity to influence culture, inspire colleagues, support families, and help create a Montessori setting that becomes recognised as one of the leading preschools in the area.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Montessori practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Whether you are currently a Senior Educator, Room Leader or an ambitious practitioner with leadership potential, we would love to hear from you.
You will work closely with the Director and wider team to:
- Deliver exceptional Montessori education and care
- Lead by example within the classroom
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Build strong relationships with parents and families
- Maintain beautifully prepared Montessori environments
- Promote high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing, and professional practice
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the school
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- Montessori qualified (AMI, MCI, MACTE, or equivalent) and/or hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experienced in a Montessori or high-quality early years environment
- Passionate about child-led learning and respectful practice
- Confident, organised, and professional
- A positive role model for children and colleagues
- Committed to delivering exceptional standards of care and education
- Eager to grow professionally and take on leadership responsibilities
Previous leadership or management experience would be advantageous but is not essential for the right individual.
