Responsive Repairs
We’re responsible for delivering responsive repairs, right first time across Abri. We carry out the responsive repairs to our customers’ homes ranging from electrical, carpentry and plumbing repairs as well as plastering and decorations. We also carry out external repairs such as fencing and groundworks.
What You’ll Do
- Pro‑active, highly motivated, professional and friendly.
- Work as a multi‑skilled operative with a high skill level as a plumber, covering activities across Petersfield, Alton, Guildford, Pease Pottage, Bordon and surrounding areas, reporting to the Eastleigh Office.
- Deliver day‑to‑day repair programmes in customers’ homes and be capable of additional types of work with your skill set while complying with health and safety policies and statutory legislation.
- Carry out work and installations to Abri’s properties efficiently and effectively, ensuring all works meet good building maintenance practice.
- Provide top‑notch customer service, going above and beyond to amaze customers.
- Act as an ambassador for the organisation, using a ‘can‑do’ attitude to provide high‑quality, right first time service.
- Cover out of hours callouts on a rota basis; a clean driving licence is a must.
- Supply your own hand tools and power tools.
We’ll provide uniform, a van with fuel card, van vault, racking and inverter, a company tablet & mobile, and the PPE you need. We hold monthly talks where all Trades can attend to highlight what’s going on within Abri and provide information on processes.
