Your role:
- Designing and delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and imagination
- Leading your nursery room with confidence, ensuring every child is safe, happy, and thriving
- Creating a warm, supportive environment where children can explore, learn, and grow
- Building strong partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved
- Observing, assessing, and celebrating each child’s progress and milestones
- Inspiring and supporting your team to create a positive, collaborative atmosphere
- Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and wellbeing are always maintained
