## Job Overview
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in various office software applications.

## Responsibilities
– Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
– Manage office correspondence and phone calls with professionalism
– Assist in organising office operations and procedures
– Assisting with the organisation of marketing events including dealing with bookings, invites and confirmations
– Provide administrative support to staff as needed
– Handle general clerical duties such as filing and photocopying
– Proficiently use Google Suite for document creation and management
### Required Skills:
– Strong organisational abilities
– Proficiency in data entry tasks

– Good typing with speed and accuracy as well as attention to detail
– Excellent phone etiquette skills
– Previous experience in an administrative role an advantage, but not necessary

Pay: £17,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
