We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a hotel in South Ayrshire, ensuring smooth service, strong team performance, and consistently high standards of guest care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing daily hotel operations across all departments
• Leading, developing, and motivating the management team
• Managing rotas, staffing levels, and cost control
• Monitoring guest feedback and maintaining service standards
• Ensuring operational procedures and company standards are followed
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies

• Proven experience in hotel operations or a similar hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate teams and drive performance
• Strong customer service focus with excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience managing costs, budgets, and operational targets
