🌿 What You'll Be Doing

Order & Warehouse Admin: Help manage day-to-day order processing, liaise with our 3PL warehouse, and flag any fulfilment issues.

• Raising and tracking purchase orders and orders.

• Keeping order records accurate and up to date

Supplier & Freight Coordination: Support the team in keeping our supply chain on track.

• Helping coordinate shipments and customs documentation

• Chasing suppliers and freight partners for updates

• Filing and organising supplier records and certificates

Who You Are

• Exceptionally organised with sharp attention to detail.

• A clear communicator, written and verbal.

• Comfortable in spreadsheets and picking up new tools quickly.

• A self-starter who flags problems early and will take opportunities to improve processes when they can.

• Some experience in ops, logistics, or supply chain is a bonus, but a great attitude and strong admin skills matter more.

In return, you'll get:

• 28 days holiday, in addition to bank holidays (FT)

• An opportunity to grow within a scaling business.

• Flexibility to support your work-life balance.

• The sense of purpose that comes from working for something bigger than the business itself.

• The opportunity to really make a difference to farmers' livelihoods.

• And some of the best olive oil you've ever tasted.
