Yorhealth is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to support our growing Supported Living services from our Pendeford office in Wolverhampton.
Recruitment plays a vital role in ensuring we have the right people delivering outstanding support to the individuals we serve. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying talent and helping services grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across Supported Living services
- Advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing candidates
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting applicants
- Managing candidate pipelines through our ATS
- Completing compliance and safer recruitment checks
- Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Building strong talent pools for future growth
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous recruitment experience
- Ideally has experience recruiting within Social Care or Supported Living services
- Is confident recruiting across a variety of roles
- Has hands-on experience using an ATS
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is enthusiastic, positive and aligned with our culture of kindness and respect
