The Role

You’ll be speaking to previous customers. People who already know and love Freddie’s Flowers.

Your job is to:

  • Catch up with them in a natural, engaging way
  • Share what’s new and improved
  • Encourage them to restart their subscription

It’s not pushy, scripted selling, it’s good conversation with purpose. The better you connect, the more you earn.

Pay That Reflects Your Effort

  • Hourly rate – £14.75 + Uncapped commission
  • Daily OTE: £150 – £350+
  • Paid weekly

Shifts That Fit Around Your Life

  • Minimum: 2 shifts per week (you choose your days)
  • Monday – Friday
  • 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
